What systems do you work with?
- DragonFlyBSD for servers
(HTTP, SSH/SFTP, DNS, NFS);
- OpenBSD for firewalls / access points;
- NetBSD for clients (that means
your laptop/workstation);
- GNU Guix for developer systems;
- For other services, most notably e-mail, we work with Europe-based,
privacy respecting third parties.
Do these systems interact well with my existing ones?
It depends.
How do you handle pricing?
Generally speaking, there are two ways to have your systems setup by us:
a) We do the initial setup, train you and your family or employees on how to use them
and keep them updated, then let you fly and thrive. We are still available for
in situ or telephone support. Each full hour of support costs EUR 80 plus VAT;
b) You decide who does the initial setup and training, and buy a support contract from
us. Plans start at EUR 80 plus VAT per month.

What programming languages do you use?
Python and Shell for common system administration tasks,
Scheme for everything else.
Scheme? You must be joking!
Nope.
But we need (Java|C#)! Why won't you learn (Java|C#) so we can hire you
right away?!
We've heard that one way too often - the answer is still 'nope.'
